Our Heritage
Alfredo, known in his neighborhood as Ninetto, was an Umbrian local grocery merchant and olive oil producer who lived in the first half of ‘900 in Italy. He carefully selected the best products for his corner store and the olives for his donkey-powered mill. In the evenings, local fellows would gather around the huge fireplace in his 12th century home and taste exclusive delicacies over a perfectly toasted slice of bread, the famous “bruschetta”.
Today, we continue Ninetto’s legacy to select the best products in the market, bringing his dedication and passion for excellence to an international scale.
